Welcome to my blog, ‘Dreaming of Writing’!
I am an unpublished author who has been dreaming for many years. I have found it difficult in the past to find the enthusiasm to write, particularly as I have been discouraged by numerous rejections from agents. So, in order to get the creative juices flowing once more, I am documenting my journey as I try once more to reach my goal of becoming a published author.
My third and current book is one of a series, based around time travel. I am about a quarter of the way through; the history part of it requires a lot of research which is taking time.

My second book didn’t try very hard to find an agent, as it’s more of a personal memory. It is a travel book, of my journey along Route 66 with my friend Simon. There is a snippet available here.
